The service
Private Jet LA to Vegas is operated by Charter Jet One, an air charter broker. Private Jet LA to Vegas is an air charter broker and is not a direct air carrier. We do not own or operate aircraft; every flight is operated by an FAA Part 135 (or foreign equivalent) direct air carrier in operational control of the aircraft.
Estimates are estimates
Drive times, flight times, hourly rates and per-person figures on these pages are for planning only. None of them is an offer.
Booking
A quote binds no one until a charter agreement is signed, and the operating carrier's identity is given to you before you book. Every flight remains subject to the operator's confirmation.
Price, taxes and extras
Quotes include the taxes and fees known when they are issued, the federal excise tax on domestic flights included. Government charges can change, and day-of-travel costs such as de-icing may apply as your agreement describes.
Changes and cancellations
These follow the terms of your charter agreement.
Operational control
The operating carrier keeps operational control of each flight and has the final word on weather, routing, crew and safety.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law permits, we accept no liability for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site, or for the actions or omissions of operators and other third parties. Any liability the law does not allow us to exclude remains in full.
Law
The laws of the United States and the State of New York apply to these terms.

We may update them; the dated version shown here applies.
